Day 95 - Basement taking shape
Main load bearing walls almost complete. Three working days before the timber frame arrives. Still a lot to do.

Day 92 - Basement slab poured
Tight timeline to now get the supporting walls and ground floor concrete planks in place ready for the timber frame to arrive on the 27th Sept.
Day 88 - Basement progress and drainage
Surface water drainage being laid and connected to the rainwater harvesting tank.
Waterproofing membrane added to the basement floor. Next step is the steel reinforcement bars. The bottom has been shaped to allow for slab thickening under the load bearing walls and for the drainage.

Day 80 - Sheet piling contractors are done
After a few lost days due to the bad weather the sheet piling contractors have finished welding the puddle flange and sheer studs to the sheet piles. Next step is the basement slab.
